The third installment of interviews for Russellville Mayoral Candidates is with Randy Horton.

Mr. Horton was previously Russellville's Mayor from 2014-2018. Now, he's ready to return to the position again in 2022. During his first term Mayor Horton aggressively pursued economic development opportunities, effectively managed all city operations and budgets, and completed longstanding capital improvement projects- on time and on or under budget.
